This property has its own personality and has been recently renovated, it is spacious and sunny. Through modern steel stairs you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom in suite, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with one bed, they both share a modern bathroom with shower, all of these three bedroom connect between each other as old typical colonial constructions. Downstairs there is a living area with a tv with cable and a small sofa, the dinning area has a wooden table for six. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a toilette for guest. Bright, excellent location and comfortable!
